One conversation is one customer interaction session with the Lumen AI Receptionist. A session begins when a visitor sends their first message and remains active for 24 hours after their last message. Multiple messages during that period count as one conversation.
Internal testing and configuration, automated welcome messages before a visitor interacts, and duplicate failed requests caused by technical errors do not count as customer conversations.
