These terms govern your use of Lumen. By creating an account you accept them. They are maintained by the Lumen team and may be updated as the product evolves.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you enter and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use Lumen to distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content, or to impersonate a person or organization.

3. Subscription

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Usage limits reset each billing period.

4. AI content

AI-generated answers are based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing your knowledge base and for any commitments made through the AI agent.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for the platform or other users.
